By providing our CRA public information online, BancorpSouth is better able to keep the information current while providing convenient access. Interested parties may review any or all of the required data provided. BancorpSouth is able to provide hard copies of these documents upon request; however, there will be a reasonable fee assessed to cover copying and mailing expenses.

Public Information Available for Inspection
In compliance with the requirements of the Community Reinvestment Act, the following information must be maintained in a public file, current as of April 1 of each year.
All written comments received from the public for the current year and each of the prior two calendar years that specifically relate to the bank’s performance in helping to meet community credit needs, and any response to the comments by the bank, if neither the comments nor the responses contain statements that reflect adversely on the good name or reputation of any persons other than the bank of publication of which would violate specific provisions of the law.

CRA Disclosure Statement
Effective January 1, 2018, the HMDA data about our residential mortgage lending are available online for review. The data show geographic distribution of loans and applications; ethnicity, race, sex, age and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and denials.
These data are available online at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Website at: www.consumerfinance.gov/hmda beginning with calendar years 2017 forward. HMDA data for many other financial institutions are also available at this Website.
