I made a transfer through Online Banking, when will it post to my account?
Internal transfers made prior to 10:30 p.m. on any business day will post to your account on the same business day. Internal transfers made after 10:30 p.m. will post the following business day. External transfers will display the posting options with the settlement dates. The standard option takes 3-4 business days to complete and the next day option, if available, will take one (1) business day. External transfers requested prior to 4:00 p.m. will begin processing the same business day.
How do I change my password for Online Banking?
To change your password, go to Customer Service Tab and select Change "User ID and Password". Under the Change Password section, type your current password, your new password and re-enter your new password. Valid Passwords are 8-32 characters in length with no spaces, includes an upper and lower case character and at least one numeric digit. *If you have forgotten your password and you would like for BancorpSouth to reset the password for you., please contact customer service at 888-797-7711, press 1,6,1.

What versions of Quicken or QuickBooks will work with Online Banking?
Intuit maintains support the current version of software plus the two previous versions of the product. Once a new version of either Quicken or QuickBooks is released, the oldest version will no longer be supported. Visit our
