    CallĀ Customer ServiceĀ at 1-888-797-7711, press 1,5,1 and we will status your card lost. *Hours to report a lost or stolen debit card - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week *To request a new replacement card, this must be done during the hours of 7am to 8 pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 7am to 5 pm.
