Notify BancorpSouth immediately. An Online Banking representative can perform the clear contents functionality on your behalf if the device is lost or stolen. Keep in mind that the Mobile Banking application cannot be accessed without your login credentials. If you cannot contact us, follow the instructions below for "Lost Device" to delete all content on the Mobile Banking application.
1. Login to Online Banking and click on Mobile Banking.
2. Select the device that has been lost and select "Disable this Mobile Device".
3. Click continue to confirm.
