    Can I change my User ID?

    To change your User ID go to Customer Service Tab and select Change "User ID and Password". Under the Change User ID section, type your current User ID, your new User ID and re-enter your new User ID for confirmation. *If you have forgotten your User Id and you would like for BancorpSouth to reset the User ID for you, please contact customer service at 888-797-7711, press 1,6,1. *To reset, we must speak with the owner of the User ID.

    You can set an alert on your account if your balance is less than a particular amount. An email will be sent to the email address on your online banking account advising the threshold has been met.
