I see the option to export a file in QIF format from within Online Banking. My version of Quicken will not accept this format. What do I do?
We offer a service called PFM Connect which will allow you to download your information using these versions of Quicken. To enroll in the service, make sure that you have selected BancorpSouth as the financial institution in your account details. Quicken should then give you the option of setting up transaction download. This can be found on the Online Services tab under Account details. There should be a button called "Activate" which will start the enrollment process.
If you are enrolled in Bill Pay and wish to schedule payments from within Quicken, you can also "Activate" Online Payment using the BancorpSouth Bill Pay product. Be careful not to select Quicken Bill Pay as an option as Intuit will charge you an additional fee for their service.
