    Why hasn’t a payment posted?

    If you have questions about a payment made via Bill Pay. Please login to Online Banking and go to the Bill Pay section. Click on Bill History and click View Detail on the payment for which you have a question. On the detail screen you will be given a breakdown of when this payment was sent as well as when it will / did post to your account. If you have additional questions, click on the payment inquiry link for additional information. If you still need assistance, please call us at 1-888-797-7711, press 1, 6.
